A couple other comments after installing it again:
1. There's a $PG$ for the name of the by-date index page. How about
something analogous for the by-thread index page?
2. Some HTML like <hr> gets used that keeps the msg pages from
validating, for those who care about that...
But it's worked just to move all the files to the new server. I was
lucky .mhonarc.db got included, since it's kind of invisible...
