Please confirm it in the next order though it becomes a repetition.
1. You are not installing it according to README.txt.
Again, please install it correctly according to the procedure of
README.txt.
2. All the tests are confirmed with pltests and it is confirmed to
pass.
3. It confirms the operation in the command line.
CGI is tested only after it is confirmed that there is no problem
in these.
