[Nmh-workers] configure.in out of date in RC2

Could you please pull a current edition of 'configure.in', and re-create the 
'configure' script and 'config.h.in'??  The version in RC2 is out of date:

I'm not sure if 'autoheaders' creates anything other than config.h.in...

Also, it looks like these files are out of date in RC2:

ChangeLog
man/mh-format.man
h/fmt_scan.h
man/repl.man
man/slocal.man
man/send.man
man/whatnow.man
sbr/fmt_compile.c
sbr/fmt_scan.c

So, in fact, I think that RC2 missed a lot of the most recent additions to the 
archive.
