Is Savannah still broken? Can we just call RC3 version 1.1 now,
and be done with it?
Well, coincidentally, I finally got a reply after my second ping to
the savannah-hackers mailing list (which was at least a few weeks ago).
They changed the upload procedure, but didn't update the documentation.
Okay, fine. I followed the upload procedure, but nothing appeared in
the "Files" area.
I'm thinking, like you, we should just call RC3 the "1.1" release and move on.
