1) mhshow -form mhl.null should display Date, To, From and Subject
2) allow for globs like ignores=X-* and ignores=List-*

Can't you achieve this by simply removing the "extras" line from the
mhl format file? (Just checked ... yes, that makes it so everything not
explicitly matched doesn't get displayed).
