[Nmh-workers] A contrib directory?

src/nmh/contrib seems like it might have merit as a place holder for some of 
the wee gems people have been talking about. If you have non-trivial bits to 
share, send them to me.  If there's more than a trivial response I will get 
this stuff into the git repository.
