Because it isn't. Until we are actually approaching a release (i.e. in =
feature freeze) this is just needless make-work for the developers. If =
you want a snapshot release, all the tools for you to build one are in =
the source tree. And on any form of modern hardware, going from =
checkout to RPM takes about two minutes.
