It looks like the script doesn't pass along all command
line options. We do this, e.g.,
mhshow-show-text/html: charset=%{charset}; %l/bin/w3m -dump \
${charset:+-I "$charset"} -T text/html %F
where %{charset} gets expanded to what's in the document.
I wouldn't want to give that up.
And it's easy enough for the user to add a mhshow-show-text/html
line that uses sensible-browser to their profile.
