The bottom line is that there isn't an SMTP server on the planet that would
accept a message that large.
Never mind what a downstream IMAP server might do with such a Blob. In IMAP,
<number>s are restricted to 4,294,967,296 bytes (2*32), aka 4GB. Nobody is
going to be able to accept that message, and lord help their MUA if it tried.
