Residential/Professional addresses

Steve,

We've come back around to whether including an address in a
certificate is equivalent to asserting an "affiliation" and to
questioning what "affiliation" means.

The issues I'm raising are ones that have come in discussions about
prospective use.  Like all of us who've been initimately involved, I
get involved in explaining to others what the system will look like.
The two cases I raised are the result of direct feedback.
