Re: A simple PEM-MIME proposal

Schiller already wrote this proposal.  He and I met last week, and
discussed both approaches, which I now think of as "Minimal MIME"
(his) and "Maximal MIME" (mine).  (I suppose the inevitable result will
be "Medium MIME" :-)

We agreed to pursue both approaches.  I hope to have the next cut at
document covering maximal MIME in about two weeks.  I will be giving a
talk on this stuff at Interop and I will present both approaches.
