        While Steve Crocker and I may disagree about the fine points
of what constitiutes the constituency of an IETF WG, you seem to have
missed the point of his message completely.  What Crocker pointed out
was that if the WG is measured by the mailing list, then this list has
many, many subscribers and your poll total is way too small to be
considered representative.
