You really don't deserve a reply, because you have *NOT* read the RFCs. If
you had read them, particular RFC 1422, you would not have asked this
question. Certainly you would not be talking about "key rings", which is a
concept that is never mentioned in PEM. (Are you sure you aren't asking
about PGP?) Go get RFCs 1421, 1422, 1423, and 1424; read them
*completely*; and then ask your questions.
Wow, I thought the technology implemented in PEM was for verification and
certification. I didn't realize you could determine when a person has lied
in his message. This has grand implications.
