We'll make sure this gets changed in relevant documents.
Just as it's possible for two modem manufacturers to make products that
won't talk, just like I could never get my PC to talk to the serial printer
reliably. There are many examples in life, and I don't know why RSA feel they
have an axe to grind in MOSS's direction.

For the record, my encrypted test message to TIS worked first time. I'll
make sure that gets added to relevant documents as well.
