This is a Perl interface to Thomas Chin's CCDICT dictionary, which
contains information on about 70,000+ Chinese characters.

The information includes:

- Unicode character (the main index)

- radical number & index

- stroke count

- Four corner code

- Cangjie code

- Numerous romanizations. MacIver, Rey, Hagfa Pinyim, Siyan, and Hailu
for Hakka. Jyuyping for Cantonese. Hanyu (the one everybody learned) and
Tongyong (the poorly designed system now the official standard of Taiwan)
Pinyin.

- English definition

The module allows lookups on anything but English definition right now
(that's a todo) and can either store the dictionary in memory (but it
takes a _lot_) or a set of BerkeleyDB files (which take a few minutes to
generate but are fast and efficient thereafter).

The tarball is rather large (2.68 MB) because it includes the full CCDICT
dictionary (version 3.2.0).

The CCDICT dictionary is distributed under the OPL (without optional
clauses) so combined with this module (which uses the Artistic license),
the combo fits the definition of free software.
