Now Lingua::KO::Hangul::Util is available
  from http://homepage1.nifty.com/nomenclator/perl/indexE.htm

but this is only Alpha testing.

Any feature (including module name) may be changed.

Please comment on it.

 Hangul is a script name,
 so the Lingua:: category mayn't be appropriate.

 What do you think of Lingua::EN::Latin:: or
 Lingua::RU::Cyrillic:: ?
