   As you see, Encode::XX is hand-coded and it is ugly (But I have no 
intention to add yet another Encode::XX to perl dist;  The others should 
go to CPAN)  Maybe I will write a shell script under Encode so Configure 
can use it...

I already made it more dynamic, instead of being hard-coded.  Also the
::Byte et al needed to be there.
