Kiitos. This also led to the discovery of yet another type in Encode::Supported.

[1] Esperanto, Maltese, and Turkish. Turkish is now on 8859-9.
             [2] Baltics.  Now on 8859-10, except for Latvian.
             [3] Also know as TIS 620.

I'll fix it but withhold from $Encode::VERSION++ since the table itself appears correct.
