Can header info be deleted?

When I forward Internet email to another account, the original header becomes 
part of the body of the message (see the following example).  What I'd like 
to to is completely chop-off the header that was placed on the forwarded 
message, moving the original header from the body to the real header.  Can 
anyone suggest a rule for doing this?
