Procmail + vacation works with 3.11 pre4

I upgraded and everything is cool.

This is my final recipe

* $^To:.*\<$\LOGNAME\>
* ! ^FROM_DAEMON
* ! ^X-Loop: yusufg(_at_)cc(_dot_)gatech(_dot_)edu
| /usr/ucb/vacation yusufg

my .vacation.msg file has the X-Loop header. Thanks to Philip for
