New to Procmail and SmartList

Hello,

I've installed Procmail and SmartList to start a Mailing List and it is 
working fine with the defaults.

I would like to a couple of things or some kind of direction for the 
following:

1.  How do I make it so that the originator or the mail is changed to the
    mailing list address.  (I know people say don't do that but we need that
    feature) Also, we would like to put the REAL originator in the "body" 
    of the message so that we know who it is from.  The main reason for this
    is because, even if I put in a Reply-To address, some of the Windows mail
    packages do not recognize the Reply-To address thereby replying to
    the actual originator.

2.  Are there any updated FAQs and Admin/User manual available for both
    procmail and smartlist?  The manuals that come with them cover quite
    a bit but I can not find what I want in there.
