This was the old procmail syntax (you indicated the exact number of
conditions). You can recognize experienced procmail users too lazy to
read the release notes that way :-)

By default, a matched rule eat the message. This is not what you want.
You want them forwarded as well (next rule but to get there you need the
'c').
