Turns out I'm running version 3.10 and need 3.11pre something for ^TO_ to
work like this. But compiling and installing procmail on the BSDI machines
I've got was hairy enough the first time that I needed the sysprog's help.
I'm thinking about the X-Env-To: solution instead. *sigh*

And you really don't need the duplicated 'dummy' entries....
That doesn't work. When I replace the brackets with parenthesis the
condition does not match for any of the strings.
I'm stumped. It certainly should be the parens, and no 'dummy' values.
Maybe a guru will drop in....
