Here's the deal:
I get email (daily) which has the headers screwed up (this email
comes from a Novell network, what can I say?)
Here is what happens, there is a line which begins with:
Received: from ptsmail.ptsem.edu
which goes so long that apparently a CR is inserted before the rest
of the header. The next line is always:
X-Nvlenv-01Date-Posted:
Here's the latest example:
Received: from ptsmail.ptsem.edu (ptsmail.ptsem.edu
[192.231.178.254]) by nerc1.nerc.com (8.6.9/8.6.7) with SMTP id
NAA20883 for <luomat(_at_)nerc(_dot_)com>; Sat, 22 Jun 1996 13:17:56 -0400
X-Nvlenv-01Date-Posted: 22-Jun-1996 13:15:18 -0400; at PTSMAIL
Is there a way to have procmail automatically remove that CR
between the lines 'Received: from ptsmail.ptsem.edu ' and
'X-Nvlenv-01Date-Posted:' ??? Any other hacks which someone might
want to suggest?
Thanks
