filtering mail from an to host.

Hello,
Can somebody explain me how can I filter mail from and to the 
specific host. We use central mail hub, with local mailer 
procmail. And I want that mail going to and from host foo
will be stored in some mail folder, even if users on the mail hub use 
.forward to forward mail to this host .
