Works on 1, not other

Hi,

        Having a strange problem :

.forward

pttsg
"|IFS=' ' && exec /usr/bin/procmail -f- || exit 75 #pttsg"

.procmailrc

PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin
MAILDIR=$HOME/Mail
DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/mbox
LOGFILE=$MAILDIR/from

:0 c
backup

:0:
* ^From(_dot_)*sgcs-server(_at_)card(_dot_)com
|cat >> /tmp/msg

:0
* ^Subject:.*Flame
/dev/null

System A:
Linux 1.2.13, sendmail 8.6.12, Procmail 3.10

System B:
Linux 2.0.22, Sendmail 8.8.2, Procmail 3.10

Why does the middle rule get executed correctly on the System A and not
B?

(For those who want to know, its a First Virtual message that for now I'm
elm bouncing from ttsg to pttsg)

Clues?

                Thanks, Tuc/TTSG
(Please followup via email, I'm not on the list yet)
