Hi Lista da Horda! I'm a UNIX administrator, spamfighter, and a virusfighter!
Then I want to change the subject to : [PROCMAIL] What's up doc?
Here's the recipe I use:
SUBJECT=`formail -zx"Subject:"`
:0
* ^Resent-From: procmail(_at_)Informatik(_dot_)RWTH-Aachen(_dot_)DE
{
:0:
* !^Subject:.*[[]Procmail[]]
| formail -i"Subject: [Procmail]$SUBJECT" \
- -A"X-Procmail-Notice: Subject: header modified" \
- -A"Status: O" >>$MAILDIR/tech
:0 :
| formail -A"Status: O" >>$MAILDIR/tech
}
Do be careful when replying to such posts though, having the
string [Procmail] in the Subject does cause problems with some people's
e-mail programs. (Hi Timothy! :-)
