The problem is that procmail only know the headers, not the envelope.
Hence, formail cannot generate a proper reply: it could send the message to
a whole mailing list if Reply-To is set!
Only sendmail knows the envelope (MAIL FROM). Or you have to convince
sendmail to pass it to procmail.
