Since it's the second time in a few days, here was my earlier answer:
You have to be careful to have your "From:" header be the address under
which you subscribed. In some sendmail configs, you can sometimes see
what address was used to reach you in the "Received:" header (in case
you can't remember the exact adress you used). Also I noticed that "/"
in the address is sometimes not appreciated (not matched to itself)
so to unsubscribe from a mailing-list where I was subscribed as
monnier+list/name(_at_)lia(_dot_)di(_dot_)epfl(_dot_)ch
I've had to use a "From:" line containing:
monnier+list(_dot_)name(_at_)lia(_dot_)di(_dot_)epfl(_dot_)ch
and it worked.
