newbie

Hello everybody.  I am a real newbie with procmail but want to learn as
much as possible asap.

Currently I am runnin Linux kernel 2.0.30 on a Pentium 133 at home.

I want to start using procmail for local mail delivery.  Currently I am
telneting to my ISP and reading my mail on the ISP server and leaving it
there.  

Is there something I should read (book or website...) that could point me
in the right direction?  I am pretty unfamiliar with sendmail and
procmail.
