Righty-ho, EX_NOUSER is 67. I'm afraid that this still didn't generate
a daemon-bounce though. Hm.

I don't think it will magically solve all my unwanted mail problems,
but I do think it's the most elegant way to respond; better than
constructing yet another formail recipe, and more satisfying than
/dev/null (stops single-user nitwits in their tracks).
