Thanks to everybody who responded to my question about combining
recipes into one when all of them have a single question and deliver to
the same place.
As for the local lockfile, that was deliberate, because the
delivery is to a folder, not to /dev/null. Therefore the folder needs
to be protected against concurrent processes. Also, in response to a
remark about the conditions perhaps being overly broad, the point is
that the matching mail is _not_ merely tossed into the bit bucket. It
is delivered to a special folder which can be perused later for
possible legitimate mail which got through. If there is no such good
mail, the folder can be purged with a few keystrokes.
