pre4 to pre7 -- anything going to break?

I've got 3 accounts using pre4 right now, and nothing is really "missing"
per se...

Two questions:
        1) is there any compelling reason to goto pre7 (I haven't seen
any, but haven't been looking all that closely

        2) is this likely to break anything already working?  I have seen
some talk of that when pre5 came out...
