No, you don't want to look at the header at all, but rather the
envelope recipient address. The problem is that that address is not
normally included in the header. You need an assist from your MTA
(e.g., sendmail) to get access to it.
How is your virtual domain currently set up? It may be that a small
change there will get you the information you need.
