Thanks for the great info and corrections. Got one more question here.
I just set everything up the way era explained and it seems now that the
second part is not working. I replaced the doIknowyou program with the
programs true and false for now just to make sure it wasn't a problem with
my program.
:0cw
{
MAILFROM=`formail -xFrom:`
:0
| false $MAILFROM
}
:0 afw
| formail -a "X-I-Know-This-Person: Yes"
OK. the problem now is that the mails are STILL having the
X-I-Know-This-Person: Yes header applied to them. I thought the a flag was
supposed to take care of this... :/
Also, is there any way not to have the doIknow you action recorded in my
log? I use mailstat in my .login and I'd rather not be reminded that all
my mails went through the doIknowyou program... I was looking for more of a
seamless transparent type of thing...
Thanks
