From and a text

Hello !!!

I'm a new with procmail, so I have some questions. I use procmail specily
for forwarding to other recipents.
How can you make that procmail will put his e-mail in "From"?
And I also want to know this...if someone will tried to get a file from my
server (e.g. text.txt), what should I put in .procmailrc file, that
procmail will then send that file to him?
