What am i dong wrong?

Hello !!!

I have a problem when i want to make a header.
Here is my log:
 
formail: formail: cannot open
procmail: Error while writing to "formail"
procmail: Rescue of unfiltered data succeeded

And here is my .procmailrc:

:0 fhw
| formail -I "Subject: something"
        :0 fc
        ! account(_at_)my(_dot_)mail

What am i doing wrong???
