Global SPAM recipes

Does anyone out there have any good SPAM blocking recipes that check 
certain headers (like the famous 
- --- CLOAKED --  by CyberPromo et al.  I would like a script that 
checks certain things  like that and if found just trash it or 
forward it off to a global SPAM mail address on our site or 
something..

This script must also run for ALL users (global script?) so that 
there is 1 script for all users (not sure if that is possible or 
not...)
