The problem is exactly what David described and is on the very first
line of the file you included. You also have it on the info address.
You can usually find it very easily by setting VERBOSE logging and
look at where in the log the warning is. (The file is processed top
to bottom and Procmail tells you what it does with each recipe. Yes,
it would make things a lot easier if Procmail included a line number
for these warnings.)
