Not that you would want to talk to them, but here's a nifty trick for
netscape/cookies:

rm .netscape/cookies
ln -s /dev/null .netscape/cookies

Now you can enable cookies, and all requests are rendered harmless.  I did
this months ago, and have never seen any evidence that it broke anything.
