Being notified when text contains your name

What would be a simple rc recipie to alert me when a message, that is 
being procmail-sorted to a folder, has my name in it?  IOWx, I only have 
time to go through my folders about once a week; the recipie would 
alert me as soon as a message arrived which mentioned me in the text, and 
thus I would not have to wait until I went through all the folders to 
know about it.
