Antspam: how to detect same To and From fields?

A lot of spam which I receive have the same To and From fields, like:
To: friend(_at_)public(_dot_)net
From: friend(_at_)public(_dot_)net

Is it possible to detect such mails with procmail? I need a recipe which
matches identical headerfields.
