Re: FAQ: Unsubscribe instructions and some useful links

This is probably finally going to put me in the killfiles of some
people :-/

Note that I will (try to) have a different From_ line on these
periodical postings and also a distinct From: line (making it still
harder to killfile me reliably ...)

Is this clear enough? You always want to make it short in order to not
scare people who can't read sentences with more than three or four
words in them.

Some hopefully useful links to various tutorials, manual pages, and
FAQs are at

Forgot to include instructions for how to retreive the FAQ by e-mail.
I'll fix that next time (if there will be a next time, which depends
on what kind of response I get on this).

This is being sent as an experimental service. If you want to tell me
what you think about this, please respond privately. I intend to send
this message every 17 days (if I can manage to finally automate the
procedure :-) but please stash away a copy so you have it when you
need it.

Does this sound okay? My regular FAQ announcement every 17 days and
this one also every 17 days but 8.5 days after the FAQ announcement?
(I actually slipped by a couple of days because I haven't set up the
posting script yet, this is still being done by hand. Need to test it
some more.)
