installing SmartList

Hi, I've some trouble installing Smartlist...   ;(

I've properly installed ProcMail, and I'm the owner of an account on a
UNIX cpu. Now, I want to install Smartlist !!!

Whenever I try to do:     "install.sh ~/a_directory"
The program stops, telling me:

"You must merge the source trees of procmail and SmartList togheter.
Simply unpack them on top of each other"

But I've unpacked all at once, so where could be the problem ???
