We've encountered a problem with the From part of headers
that seems to be a known problem. Sometimes the From
line gets multiple F's and then the subsequent messages
are missing the F.
There's something wrong with the locking on your system. What OS are
you running? Is the mailspool NFS mounted to the mailserver (i.e., the
machine(s) on which procmail runs is not (or sometimes isn't) the
machine where the mailspool disk is located)? What is the output of
"procmail -v"? And finally is this with a .procmailrc, or without? If
"with", are you sure the .procmailrc is using dotlocking where it
should be?
