The problem is that all mime enclosures are not treated as mime enclosures
when they arrive. Is this something to do with procmail's forwarding, and
if so, what can be done about it?
Can you provide an example, preferrably with a copy of the message as
it looked when it hit the upstream, for comparison. Pertinent headers
only, to the mailing list. Unless you've already gotten it figured
out, of course.
