It does help. Just one question. I want you to comment on this, as I
obviously need to increase my understanding. Below is some information.
The header is as such:
'To:' uses MY address and not the LIST address, e.g.,
'To: hekate(_at_)intergate(_dot_)bc(_dot_)ca' ( so I didn't use this) I used:
'Reply-To:(_dot_)act(_at_)thenewage(_dot_)com' instead
the 'from' format is basically with a list members chosen name for the
list not their email address with the list addy behind it like so:
'From: "MARIONMARC(_at_)aol(_dot_)com" < act(_at_)thenewage(_dot_)com >'. In
this case the
chosen name happnes to be an addy but sometimes it's something like '"John
Smith" < act(_at_)thenewage(_dot_)com>'. The member name is always in quotation
marks
like the examples above. So would the following example recipe work?:
:0:
* Reply-To:(_dot_)act(_at_)thenewage(_dot_)com*
! From:[ ]*MARIONMARC(_at_)(_dot_)*aol(_dot_)com
$HOME/mail/ACT
???
Would this take all mail except the MARIONMARC one and put them in ACT
in $HOME/mail and just put the MARION mail in the default mailbox. Or did
I screw up and if so, how?
Thanx everyone for all the helpful answers.
