Why

This is my .procmailrc file

SHELL=/bin/bash
PATH= /usr:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin
SENDMAIL = /usr/sbin/sendmail

#VERBOSE = ON
LOGFILE = /home/james1/log.txt

! jkelty(_at_)xxxxxxx(_dot_)com

Pretty basic. I belive I'm just asking it to forward all my mail to the
address listed above (a different one than the one procmail is setup on).
Why would this(below) be happening to me?

procmail: Notified comsat: "james1(_at_)0:/var/spool/mail/james1"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER="
procmail: Opening ""
procmail: Error while writing to ""
procmail: Skipped "! jkelty(_at_)digital-impact(_dot_)com"
procmail: Locking "/var/spool/mail/james1.lock"
procmail: Assigning "LASTFOLDER=/var/spool/mail/james1"
procmail: Opening "/var/spool/mail/james1"
procmail: Acquiring kernel-lock
procmail: Unlocking "/var/spool/mail/james1.lock"
