If you get one of the patches available on the MS web site, then it will
let you quote anyway you want (placing the reply either before or after
the text and it quotes fine, as you wish).
It's the Internet e-mail patch. I have it for Outlook 97, but it should
work for 98 as well

Greg, I hear you and I whole-heartedly agree. This is also a big Outlook
shop and I hate
the way it formats replys.
My gut feeling is that this would be better (or more easily) done in perl
rather than
procmail. It would lend itself to recursion due to the variable number of
nested replys.
Hmm.
Sounds kind of nasty to me, but it would be desirable...
