In this recipe (and one other) you need to change [ to \[
What you've written matches any subject containing any
of the letters p,r,o,f,t, or d (upper or lower case).
That probably appears to catch all of your mail!
It will be OK, but not necessary, to also escape the ] as well;
that character is special only when closing the [] pair.
